I am an Architect and construction professional with more than 23 years of experience in engineering, construction, project planning, project controls, project management, supervision, contract administration and claims review.
My professional experience extends across major contracting companies and leading engineering consultancy environments, providing me with a balanced understanding of projects from both the contractor's and consultant's perspectives.
In addition to my construction and project controls experience, I have worked for more than four years as a sworn and accredited engineering expert in Qatar, preparing independent technical engineering reports for disputes and cases before the Qatari courts. My experience has included major commercial developments, residential villas, towers and other construction projects.
My professional background also includes specialized knowledge in construction claims, delay analysis, international arbitration, and drafting construction and commercial contracts.
My approach is based on practical engineering experience, contractual awareness, structured analysis, clear documentation and an independent professional perspective.
